Clinic & practice records
First release: patient profiles and clinician-authored visit records for general practice, dentistry, paediatrics, dermatology, cardiology, ophthalmology, physiotherapy and other practices.
1. Set access
Your package must include Clinic & practice records. An administrator can invite clinicians with the Doctor role. Other staff roles cannot access clinical records. Appointments and invoices are separate package tools.
2. Add a patient
Open Clinic & practice, then Add patient. Record demographics, contact details, allergies, medical history and an emergency contact. When information is unknown, record that explicitly.
3. Record a visit
Select Record visit and choose the patient, visit date and practice. Enter your own reason for visit, examination, assessment, plan and practice notes. Dental visits accept FDI tooth numbers separated by commas. Save as Draft while working.
4. Sign and review
Signing requires an assessment and plan and permanently locks that visit. Open the patient record to review visit history. To correct a signed visit, open it and choose Add addendum. The original remains preserved.
Release scope
This release records clinician input. It does not diagnose, prescribe, interpret tests, provide electronic prescriptions, handle insurance claims or connect to clinical devices. Specialty forms are documentation templates. Real patient rollout still requires a clinic-specific review of privacy, retention and operating requirements.
